Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions

• Collaborate with the executive team to understand business objectives and develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and provide insights to inform marketing decisions

• Create high-quality marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials

• Manage and optimize our digital presence, including our website, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO) as well as AIO

• Organic social media management and Paid Search and Paid Social

• Analyze and report on marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve results

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team

• Create Relationships with local target medical professionals to attract professional referral connections
