Join our team at Ocean Grove Post Acute in beautiful Millsboro, DE as a Full Time or Part Time Dietary Aide! As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and supporting our dietary team.

Responsibilities:

• Assists on tray line and food preparation as necessary

• Stores food and supplies with proper labels for current and future use

• Cleans and maintains assigned equipment and work areas, including walls and ceilings, ensuring sanitary conditions

• Performs routine housekeeping tasks such as dishwashing, garbage disposal, and sweeping or mopping

• Follows procedures outlined in Dietary Management Systems pertaining to the handling of all foods

• Performs all tasks and duties in an essential and safe way

• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary

• Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and facility needs

Qualifications:

• Dietary/Kitchen experience preferred but will train
