What we ask of you as a Personal Care Assistant:

• Be reliable and show up to work as scheduled and on time

• Be compassionate, hard working

• Have the heart of a servant: find joy in caring for others and be willing to go the extra mile to create extraordinary client care experiences

• Have a vehicle and be dedicated to getting to your shifts: no frequent call outs and chaos

• Be able to pass a background check for felonies and misdemeanors and pass a drug test

• Be able to provide us with Tb test results within the past year

• Have great communication skills and be ready to work together with our office team to create great caregiver and client experiences
