Dietary Cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and recipes, ensuring quality, presentation, and timeliness
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events, parties, and holiday meals
• Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and waste management
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and resident dietary restrictions

Dietary Cook Requirements:

• Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting, preferably in a cook or kitchen role
• Ability to work varying shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
