Interim Maintenance Director

We are seeking an experienced Interim Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. This is a temporary, full-time position.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Employment Type: Temporary/Interim, Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance and facility operations

• Handle repairs and preventive maintenance

• Ensure the facility is safe and properly maintained

• Coordinate with staff and outside vendors as needed

• Address maintenance concerns promptly

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC maintenance experience

• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs

• Good problem-solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage daily maintenance needs

• Good communication and teamwork skills
