• Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes, with a focus on emotional support, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities

• Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other daily tasks to promote independence and well-being

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring continuity of care and open communication

• Monitor and report changes in client condition, providing timely updates to team members and healthcare professionals

• Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills in caregiving practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in the field of caregiving or healthcare a plus

• 0 years of experience; we welcome new graduates and individuals looking for a rewarding career

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional care and service

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including per diem and on-call schedules
