About the Role
The Gatesworth, a U.S. News & World Report Best Independent Living Community, is seeking a tech-savvy Technology Support Concierge with a genuine passion for helping others. In this role, you will work directly with our residents, providing patient, compassionate support that builds confidence and independence with everyday technology.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one support with smartphones, tablets, laptops, streaming services, and more.

• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot personal devices.

• Lead group classes and presentations on technology topics.

• Help residents connect with family and friends through video calling, email, and apps.

• Develop simple guides and resources to answer common technology questions.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable with consumer technology across iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac.

• Patient, approachable, and able to explain technology in plain language.

• Reliable and professional in a senior living environment.
