As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live as independently as possible, while also promoting their overall well-being and quality of life.

• Flexible scheduling: Full-time or part-time, Monday-Friday, with every other weekend shifts (with extra pay!)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to clients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Support clients with mobility issues or disabilities

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• 1 year of experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field (with certification in CNA, PCA, or HHA a plus)

• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen test

• Passion for nursing, caregiving, and seniors/adults with disabilities
