SYNERGY HomeCare of Silicon Valley is a rapidly growing Home Care agency specializing in Dementia/Memory Care. We are specifically hiring caregivers with DEMENTIA experience, a Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration, and reliable transportation. We want the best Care Professionals to join our award-winning team.

Job Description:

Shifts are typically 4 hour assignments, but can be combined for 8 hrs. We provide paid advanced Dementia/Memory Care training.

Care Professionals We’re Looking For:

• Experienced, and Comfortable working with Seniors with Dementia

• Kind, Patient, and Dependable Professionals

• Confident, with Strong Communication skills

• Registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California.
