PCA / Caregiver – Andover Area

About the Position

Comfort Keepers is hiring a dependable and compassionate In-Home Caregiver to support a client in the Andover area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent scheduled hours and meaningful one-on-one work.

Current Scheduling Needs

·      Monday: 5:30 PM–9:30 PM

·      Wednesday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

·      Every Other Sunday: 5:30 PM–9:30 PM

What You'll Do

·       Provide companionship and emotional support

·       Assist with personal care and daily activities

·       Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

·       Provide medication reminders

·       Assist with mobility and safety

·       Provide transportation for appointments and errands

Qualifications

·       At least 18 years old

·       Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance

·       Compassionate, dependable, and professional

·       Comfortable working independently in a client's home

·       Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is helpful but not required

Eligible direct-care employees may have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program. Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training that supports career advancement in home and community-based care. To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational costs.
