As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) at Bradford Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of individualized rehabilitation plans
• Conduct and document patient assessments, as well as measure and record progress
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning to promote independence and community reintegration

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related field preferred
• Current licensure or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
