Homeside Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for home care opportunities in Newburgh, NY 12550.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy in the patient’s home

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide treatment based on the patient’s speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as appropriate

• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Communicate with patients, caregivers, office staff, and other members of the clinical team

Requirements

• Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Ability to work independently

• Reliable transportation for home visits

• Home health, outpatient, or SNF experience preferred
