CareCore at Lakeridge is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our nursing team! We’re looking for compassionate, dependable nurses who are committed to providing excellent care in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

• Full-time and part-time opportunities

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes

• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Support residents and families throughout their care

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) Preferred

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
