About the Role:

As a RN Weekend Supervisor, you will oversee a team of nurses and caregivers on weekends, providing clinical guidance and support as needed. Your role will involve:

• Coordinating patient care and nurse assignments to ensure efficient use of resources

• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams

• Providing guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
