Speech Pathologist

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a crucial role in helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) improve their communication skills.

As a Speech Pathologist, you will conduct speech and language assessments for children with ASD, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide speech therapy sessions in one-on-one and small group settings. You will work closely with Behavior Analysts and other team members to integrate speech and language goals with ABA programs, provide parent and caregiver training, and document progress and maintain accurate records. You will also participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and stay current with best practices in speech therapy and behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for children with ASD

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and collaborate with the ABA team

• Work closely with Behavior Analysts and other team members to integrate speech and language goals with ABA programs

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active and unrestricted license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Ohio

• Active license with the Ohio Department of Education, or willingness to obtain

• Experience working with toddler age children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time. Monday-Friday

Work Location: In-person at our 2 ABA centers in Columbus, Ohio (Powell & Reynoldsburg OH)
