About the Role:

As a Home Caregiver (HHA/CNA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes. This includes:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and managing medical conditions, including wound care and medication administration

• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families

• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training a plus

• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely and assist with ambulation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations
