About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aide to join our team, working part-time and full-time positions available. As an Aide with Comfort Touch Health Agency, you will:

• Provide emotional support and companionship to seniors in their homes, focusing on building meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life

• Assist with light physical tasks, such as grooming, dressing, and toileting, as needed

• Offer patient and attentive support to individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions, adapting to their unique needs and stages

• Work closely with caregivers and family members to develop personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a similar role or field

• Ability to work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9 am to 1 pm schedule

• Compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication skills

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
