Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team in Oklahoma City, OK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech-language pathology and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders

• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapies, including speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing interventions

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program

• Current certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligible for certification

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Valid State licensure (or ability to obtain)
