Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who can build a positive culture, support staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive excellent clinical and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for facility operations

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Partner closely with Nursing and department leadership to ensure high-quality resident care

• Recruit, develop, and retain a strong leadership team

• Maintain appropriate staffing and promote a positive employee culture

• Monitor census, labor, expenses, and overall financial performance

• Drive occupancy and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families

• Lead survey readiness, quality improvement, and regulatory initiatives

• Ensure residents and families receive responsive, compassionate service

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the applicable state

• Prior skilled nursing leadership experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey requirements

• Strong operational, financial, and people-management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and lead by example
