Consulting RN per diem

Alay Home Care is seeking a Consulting RN!

We need RNs who are enthusiastic, motivated, dedicated, and passionate about helping to provide quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities. 

$45 - $65 /hr per diem position 

RN Job Responsibilities:

• Develop nursing care plans after completing patient evaluations and review of medical documents.

• Provide training to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on how to implement the nursing care plan and other relevant medical information, as applicable. This may involve travel to meet with the patient and/or DSP and some of the work may be done remotely. 

Requirements:

• NJ RN License

• Drug Screening

• CPR/First Aid Certification

• Ability to travel into community for evaluations as needed 

• Completion of assigned CDS (College of Direct Support) trainings
