Advocate Healthcare of East Boston is looking for an experienced Registered Dietitian to join our team and play an important role in the nutritional care and overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents’ nutritional needs and develop appropriate care plans.

• Monitor nutritional status and make recommendations based on residents’ individual needs.

• Work closely with nursing and other members of the healthcare team.

• Participate in resident care planning and interdisciplinary meetings.

• Provide nutrition education to residents and their families.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Help ensure residents receive appropriate and individualized nutritional care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field

• Massachusetts RD/RDN license

• At least 6 months of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Strong clinical nutrition knowledge

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach
