Director of Nursing (DON)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead and oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership/management experience

• Current RN license in good standing

• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with staffing, care planning, audits, and survey readiness preferred
