Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as snacks and treats
• Follow established recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality of dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards
• Manage inventory and supplies, ordering and stocking as needed
• Collaborate with dietary team to plan and coordinate special events and functions
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and staff, ensuring every interaction is warm and welcoming

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a food service or culinary role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
