Dietary Cook

CareCore at Willowood is looking for a dependable and motivated Cook to join our dietary team! If you enjoy preparing great food and want a rewarding position where your work makes a difference for residents each day, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and resident dietary needs

• Ensure meals are prepared and served safely and on time

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

• Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory as needed

• Work closely with the Dietary Manager and dietary team

• Provide friendly, respectful service to our residents

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred

• Healthcare, skilled nursing, or senior living experience preferred, but not required

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team

• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
