Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab – Westland, MI

Cherry Hill Nursing and Rehab is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility in Westland, MI. The Housekeeping Assistant will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties to help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Shift Available

• Full-Time

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping procedures

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the facility

• Use cleaning materials, supplies, and equipment safely and appropriately

• Empty trash and dispose of waste according to facility procedures

• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

• Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, or a related field preferred

• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail
