As a Continuum Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate support that helps seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care while preserving dignity and respect

• Support daily routines, mobility, transfers, and safety

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Monitor client well-being and communicate with the care team

• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities

• Deliver reliable, individualized care based on each client's needs

What We're Looking For in a Continuum Caregiver

• Previous caregiving experience required

• Open availability, including some evenings and/or weekends preferred

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

• Passion for providing outstanding care to seniors

• Flexibility to accept a variety of shifts and client assignments

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Successful completion of background screening

• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers using assistive devices

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
