About the Role:

We're seeking a Dietary Assistant Cook to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon, a group of skilled nursing facilities in PA. As a key member of our food service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our residents receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Set the stage for a pleasant dining experience by setting up tables and other dining areas with attention to cleanliness and order.
• Safely and efficiently serve meals under the supervision of a dietary manager or cook.
• Deliver dishes and trays at designated times and rooms, ensuring our residents receive their meals promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment by taking down dining areas, collecting plates, glasses, and utensils, discarding leftovers, and taking out garbage.
• Clean food stations to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe food environment.
• Wash dishes, cooking vessels, and silverware to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 16 years of age to join our team.
