Day Habilitation Trainer

Full time Day Habilitation Trainer position available for caring staff to involve adults with developmental disabilities in skill development while encouraging them to become more independent. Responsibilities include running and participating in activities to foster independent living as well as escorting individuals to various volunteer sites and activities in the community. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive 15-passenger van required. Full time positions located in Far Rockaway and Lawrence.

Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements.

Salary: $19.00 per hour
