About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our per diem team. As an OT at Mountain View Care Center, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and well-being. Occupational Therapist (OT) will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement customized rehabilitation plans, addressing the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify residents' occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide a wide range of occupational therapy interventions, including but not limited to, activity analysis, splinting, and adaptive equipment training
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and address resident concerns and questions
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident progress and treatment plans
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team meetings to ensure seamless care coordination
