Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the shift

• Ensure residents receive high-quality nursing care

• Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team

• Assist with maintaining compliance with facility policies and nursing standards

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Long-term care experience preferred
