About the Role

Saugus Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADNS) to join our nursing leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nurse leader with skilled nursing experience who enjoys supporting staff, maintaining clinical standards, and working closely with facility and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff

• Assist with staffing, education, and employee performance

• Monitor resident care, documentation, and clinical outcomes

• Assist with surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance

• Participate in care planning and quality improvement

• Help ensure nursing policies and standards are consistently followed

The ADNS works closely with the Director of Nursing, Administrator, and Regional Clinical Team.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license required

• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required

• Nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
