Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is hiring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Day Shift in Napoleon, Ohio!

CNA Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration
Help with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning
Take and record vital signs as directed
Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Follow individualized resident care plans
Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other healthcare team members
Work together with the nursing team to provide excellent resident care

CNA Qualifications

Current CNA certification
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care, nursing home, or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required
