Transportation Driver

CareCore at Meadows is looking for a dependable and organized Transportation Scheduler / Driver to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience as a DSP, STNA, CNA, caregiver, or working with seniors who is looking for a role that combines resident interaction, organization, and transportation.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and schedule resident transportation for appointments and other needs

• Safely transport residents using the company vehicle

• Communicate with nursing staff, residents, families, and outside providers regarding transportation

• Keep transportation schedules organized and updated

• Assist residents entering and exiting the vehicle as needed

• Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, safe, and ready for use

• Adjust transportation plans as facility and resident needs change

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 25 years of age or older to drive the company vehicle

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

• Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting preferred

• DSP, STNA, CNA, or caregiving experience is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working directly with residents

• Must have flexible availability, as scheduling will vary based on transportation appointments and facility needs
