Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring Full Time and Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our long-term care team in Berwick, PA. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

About the Role:

As an RN Supervisor at Glen Brook Rehabilitation and Nursing, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising and supporting nursing staff on assigned units

• Overseeing the implementation of resident care plans

• Conducting regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensuring proper documentation of incidents and clinical updates

• Promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assisting in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Previous Supervisor experience
