Job Summary:

At Oasis Nursing and Rehab of Green Valley, we are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals. As a per diem OT, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized therapy services to promote wellness and independence. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and modify occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify areas of function, strength, and range of motion

• Design and implement customized therapy programs to improve physical, cognitive, and mental abilities

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and therapy plans

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Nevada

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
