As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents while working part-time weekends. Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents on weekends, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Manage and coordinate resident care activities, ensuring that needs are met and expectations are exceeded

• Demonstrate a commitment to person-centered care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each resident

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of our care services

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

• May pass medications

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New York

• Ability to work every weekend 12 hour or 16 hour shifts
