Position: Nurse Aide in Training 

Location: Venza Care

As a Nurse Aide in Training, you’ll learn hands-on skills from experienced professionals and receive the support you need to succeed in a CNA role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support residents with non-clinical daily tasks under the supervision of licensed staff 

• Assist with meal delivery, hydration, linen changes, and general comfort 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and shared spaces 

• Observe and report any changes in resident behavior or condition 

• Participate actively in training classes and on-the-floor clinical practice 

• Transition into a CNA position upon successful certification 

Qualifications: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age 

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 

• Passion for working with the elderly and individuals with health needs 

• Strong communication and teamwork skills 

• Must be able to attend and complete the full training program 

• Commitment to transitioning into a CNA role upon certification
