As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN), you will play a vital role in leading our care team to deliver person-centered care and achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Nursing Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality care is provided to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to achieve exceptional patient outcomes

• Clinical Oversight: Monitor and improve clinical practices, identify trends, and implement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

• Communication: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication

• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, implement changes, and monitor outcomes to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of 1+ years in a management role

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands
