RN Registered Nurse Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and comprehensive care

RN Registered Nurse Requirements

• Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred

• Current PA RN licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
