Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time | Beverly, NJ

True Progress Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy to children in Beverly, New Jersey. We are committed to helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized, evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress and behavior.

• Follow behavior intervention plans and support skill development.

• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members regarding client progress.

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive therapy environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous ABA experience or experience working with children preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding.

Position Details

• Pay: $26–$30 per hour

• Location: Beverly, NJ

• Schedule: Approximately 20–30 hours per week, depending on case availability
