About the Role:

• Assist in the coordination and implementation of recreational activities, social events, and specialized programs for our residents

• Collaborate with the activity department to plan and execute activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities

• Provide companionship and support to residents, promoting a sense of community and socialization

• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident feedback

• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of activities, including but not limited to:

  • Arts and crafts

  • Games and competitions

  • Music and entertainment

  • Fitness and wellness programs

  • Community outings and trips

• Assist with the preparation and setup of activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for residents

• Encourage resident participation and engagement, promoting socialization and a sense of belonging

• Maintain a clean and organized activity area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
