About the Role:

As a CNA at Landmark of Itasca, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

• Assisting with medication administration and vital sign monitoring

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

• Documenting patient information and progress

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred
