About Us:
We are a compassionate and patient-centered home health care agency dedicated to providing high-quality nursing care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes including wound care, IV maintenance, and patient/family education.

• Monitor patient conditions and document care provided

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

• Communicate effectively with physicians and care team members

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records

• On call weekend every 3-4 weeks

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in [State]

• Current CPR certification

• Home health experience preferred (but not required)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
