A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Central Connecticut is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support our nursing team. What You'll Do

• Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift.

• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

• Assess residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.

• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, incident follow-up, and resident care planning.

• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience is a plus.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork and accountability.
