About the Role:

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional care to our clients. Your duties will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, including walking, lifting, and moving patients
• Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with feeding
• Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
• Maintaining a clean and safe living environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to clients, based on their unique needs and preferences
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client care, including daily notes and progress reports
• Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (we welcome new graduates and those looking to start a new career in healthcare)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
• Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
