(LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse

Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Havertown, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team.

All shifts available:

• 7:00a-3:00p FT and PT

• 3:00pm–11:00pm FT and PT

• 11:00pm–7:00am FT and PT

Responsibilities:

·        Provide nursing care to long-term care residents

·        Administer medications and treatments as ordered

·        Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams

·        Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

Requirements:

·        Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

·        Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
