Available Shifts:

• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.

• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as ordered.

• Assess resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team.

• Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs while promoting quality resident care.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and nursing standards.

• Help create a safe, respectful, and positive environment for residents and their families.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Ohio RN license.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Experience with Point Click Care is a plus

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Passion for providing exceptional resident care.
