About the Role:

As Director of Nursing (RN), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing department, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Director of Nursing (RN) will be responsible for:

• Supervising and managing a team of licensed nurses and caregivers to ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and standards of care

• Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

• Conducting accurate assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records and charts

• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of nursing staff to ensure exceptional care and service to our residents

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the State of Missouri

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably as a Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing

• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
