We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Revenue Cycle Manager to join our growing home health team. This position plays a critical role in the financial success of our organization by overseeing accounts payable processes while managing the revenue cycle to ensure timely billing, collections, and reimbursement.

Manage the complete revenue cycle for home health services, including billing, claims submission, payment posting, collections, and account reconciliation.
Monitor accounts receivable and aging reports to identify and resolve outstanding balances.
Work with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and managed care payers to resolve billing issues.
Ensure accurate and timely reimbursement while minimizing claim denials.
Analyze billing trends and implement process improvements to maximize cash flow.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure accurate documentation supporting reimbursement.
Oversee all accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, expense reporting, and reconciliations.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely payment processing.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
Prepare financial reports and revenue cycle performance metrics.
Monitor key performance indicators including days in accounts receivable, collections, denial rates, and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, payer requirements, and company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Support audits and regulatory reviews as needed.
Minimum of 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle or medical billing experience.
Experience with accounts payable and vendor management.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance billing, and reimbursement processes.
Strong understanding of medical claims, collections, and payment posting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and healthcare billing software.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Home Health or Hospice billing experience.
Experience with EMR/EHR and revenue cycle management systems.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience with month-end financial reporting and reconciliations.
