RN/LPN Nursing Supervisor — Full-Time, Overnight (11 PM–7 AM) 

Morris View Healthcare Center is hiring an experienced RN or LPN to join our team as a Full-Time Nursing Supervisor for the overnight shift. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality resident care throughout the shift 

• Serve as the clinical leader on-site, managing emergent situations and supporting staff 

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and resident care plans 

• Coordinate with day-shift leadership for smooth handoffs 

Requirements: 

• Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey 

• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred 

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills 

• Ability to work independently overnight
